What are the minimum specifications required for the PC?
Windows XP Professional SP2/Pentium Processor (P4) or equivalent/256 RAM (minimum)/512mb hard disk space, with at least 1GB free on hard disk. In addition to this it would be necessary to have 1 spare USB port or CD Rom Drive for installation of software and 1 spare RS232 socket for a direct connection between the computer and the receiver.

Will the radio frequency used affect any of my other wireless devices?
Our system works via a license-free radio wave (434 mhz). This should not affect any of your wireless systems, but if you can provide further information on your wireless systems we can then cancel out any interference.

What is the range of the transmitter?
Up to 70 metres, but this can be greatly increased with the aid of a repeater, therefore amplifying the radio frequency.

We can supply a single-starter pack to multi-site systems therefore enabling your company's data to be transferred back to a single site.

Yes, not only is it imperative that the PC be left on but the RAG software needs to be running in parallel.
